I am interested in selling some of your products, do you offer wholesale price?

Yes we do! Please contact us and i will send you all the information you need to apply for wholesale.

 

I want to order some of your products but cant find a shipping option for my country.

We aim to ship worldwide. Please contact us and we will get a shipping quote for you. 

 

Why is there a split in my spool of rope?

Occasionally the spindles used in the winding process can create a knot causing the rope to split.

 

I really like one of your colour but it is showing out of stock, will you be restocking?

We might do if the colour was really popular. Message us to double check with us.

Typically, we try to keep things fresh and evolving. We release colour collections throughout the year working with fashion trends and seasonal colours.

If there is a colour you really like, make sure you stock up while you can!

can I return my spool and get a refund?

yes… if your spool is in its original condition, you can return, and I will happily refund. Return shipping is at your expense. 

Unfortunately, I can’t refund for spools or skeins which have been cut or unravelled and in a used state.
