An online 1 hour instructional yoga class, so that you can keep your practice going at home and allow yourself to have an hour of self care.
There will be a new class uploaded every Saturday, to keep things different, and to work different areas of the body.
This slower paced flow class is a mixture of postural alignment and breathing techniques to stretch and strengthen your body with gentle transitions.
This class is suitable for all abilities. No yoga experience required.
