Here is my 100% natural recycled cotton twisted rope, its 4.5 mm in width and expands to 5 mm when off the spool. Each 550 g spool holds approximately 40 m.
This is a 3-ply rope, so holds more structure than the single twist. Each ply contains lots of tiny threads, making this rope extra soft and creates the most beautiful crimped fringe when unraveled.

This rope is perfect for wall hangings, plant hangers, for the fringing in rainbows and any other fibre art where you want to create some structural texture to.
